The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP) and Logpoint are strengthening their operational cooperation in detecting and responding to cyber threats with a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) agreement.
Copenhagen, February 23rd 2026 – Logpoint and SSSCIP have entered a partnership to identify and respond to cyber threats and incidents. Oleksandr Potii, Chairman of the SSSCIP, and Mikkel Drucker, CEO of Logpoint, signed an MoC to establish a framework for the cooperation.
The objective of the MoC agreement is to cooperate on cybersecurity efforts and mutually benefit from each others’ knowledge and capabilities.
“The Memorandum of Cooperation marks a steadfast partnership rooted in shared values,” says Oleksandr Potii. ”Together, we can strengthen our defenses against known and emerging cyber threats by sharing information about the developments in the threat landscape and leveraging Logpoint’s robust detection and response capabilities.”
The MoC outlines the framework for pursuing joint efforts in several key areas:
- Providing SSSCIP with advanced Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions, security analytics, and log management expertise.
- Exchanging experience in detecting and identifying cyber threats and incidents.
- Exchanging information and best practices on cyber incident to improve respective cyber incident management systems, response systems and recovery after cyber incidents.
- Organizing and conducting training events to improve the skills of experts in the sphere of cybersecurity.

The parties commit to developing joint work program and holding regular meetings to fulfill the objectives of the MoC. To further support it’s government-focused initiatives and international collaborations, Logpoint has appointed Gustav Piper as Program Director for Government Business, effective March 1, 2026.
