EU NIS 2 Regulations Demand Stronger Data Protections<\/strong><br \/>\nEuropean countries will incorporate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/thinktank\/en\/document\/EPRS_BRI(2021)689333\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">NIS2<\/span><\/a> into their country\u2019s legislation, which will strengthen the security requirements, address the security of supply chains, streamline reporting, <strong>and introduce stricter enforcement, leading to potential variations in data protection requirements in the US and beyond<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
